  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid FedEx return shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery.

  Pack the Product

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, remote controls, and accessories to ensure a full refund processing.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx location; you will receive an email notification once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment.
